We came across Bianco Design Co through an internet search after buying a town house on the Gold Coast. We planned to let the house as a holiday rental as well as use it ourselves and so needed to fit it out for the luxury end of the market but for reasonable value. Bianca met with us and listened to our ideas and needs, and came up with mood boards accordingly. She gave us furniture options that looked amazing and were right on our budget, utilising sales wherever possible. The few items we wanted to change she didn't hesitate to search for replacements until we were completely satisfied. As we didn't live locally she project managed all the deliveries and installations, including curtain quote, colour selection, art installation and packaging disposal. As is often the case, there were some issues with lost deliveries and damaged items, however Bianca managed all this efficiently without any additional expense to us. We are thrilled with the final product, exceeding all our expectations. Throughout the whole process Bianca's communication was friendly, prompt and reliable keeping us up to date all the way. Our agent put us in contact with Bianca when we sold her our house. We recently purchased another house and we were so thrilled with Biancas staging, professionalism and communication that we requested she do the interior decorating for the new home. We met up do discuss budget and the type of interior style we were looking for. It was a challenging project as the house interior is 1970s but we wanted to her to try change it into a modern beach interior. Once again Bianca was incredibly professional, friendly, fantastic communicator and went above and beyond to fill our criteria in terms of artwork, furniture, bedding and small finishing touches like vases, plants etc. She also fully co-ordinated the delivery schedule, together with having the artwork hung, ensuring the lights were installed correctly and helping me choose and pot all the plants. Unfortunately we couldn't have it staged in one day as everything had different delivery dates, but that did not take away the WOW factor once everything was staged and put together. Our house now looks spectacular - a minimalistic high end looking beach themed home that we LOVE!
